This Privacy Policy explains how Drawn For You Studio ("the Studio," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit drawnforyoustudio.com, contact us, or place an order. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to serve you, and we do not sell your information.
We collect the information you provide to us directly, which may include your name, email address, phone number, event date and details, shipping and billing address, and the details of your inquiry or order. If you send us images, logos, or other materials for your design, we collect those as well.
When you make a payment, your card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are not collected or stored by the Studio. We receive only confirmation of the payment and limited information such as the last four digits of the card.
Our website may collect basic, non-identifying technical information (such as browser type or pages visited) to keep the site working properly.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the studio and fulfill your order, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our payment processor (for card payments), shipping carriers (for delivery), and our email and software providers. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. The Studio does not see or store your full card number.
We keep your information only for as long as it is needed to serve you, to complete and support your order, and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax record-keeping obligations. When you ask us to delete your information, or when it is no longer needed for the purposes above, we erase or anonymize it within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (such as tax, accounting, and payment records), which we keep only for as long as the law requires and then delete. Residual copies held in routine encrypted backups are removed in the ordinary course of our backup cycle.
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by emailing us. We will honor reasonable requests to the extent required by law, and will delete information you ask us to remove within 30 days, except for records we are required to keep (see Section 5).
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
